We were appointed to provide the full technical production for the KEUK Conference at ICC Wales, covering a main plenary space alongside four large breakout rooms across the two-day event.
The brief was to create a strong, professional environment that brought the KEUK brand to life, while ensuring a consistent experience across all five spaces.
With multiple sessions taking place throughout the event, the technical setup also needed to allow content to be managed smoothly across each room.
Our team provided the complete audio, video and lighting package across the main plenary and all four breakout spaces, managing the technical production from setup through to the live event.
At the heart of the conference was the main plenary space, where we installed a large-format LED wall to create a high-impact backdrop for presentations and speakers. The screen provided a strong visual focal point as guests entered the room and gave the KEUK brand a prominent presence throughout the conference.

Alongside the main plenary, we provided complete AV setups for four large breakout rooms, allowing multiple sessions to run simultaneously. Each space was equipped with the audio, video and presentation technology required for speakers and delegates, with our team providing technical support across all four rooms.
With presentations running across five separate spaces, content management was an important part of the production. Our team coordinated and managed presentation content across the main plenary and breakout rooms, ensuring speakers had the correct material ready for each session and helping keep the two-day programme running smoothly.
The finished production created a consistent look and experience across the conference, while giving the main plenary its own strong visual identity.
