Leicester Racecourse’s Ladies Day is one of the venue’s most prestigious events, blending live music, entertainment, and a vibrant social atmosphere. We partnered with a leading event management company to deliver full staging and technical production.
With headline performances from Ronan Keating, Chris Moyles, and Blue, the brief required not only a visually striking stage setup but also technical precision to meet the artists’ riders and ensure seamless delivery throughout the day.
To achieve this, we transformed the racecourse into a concert-ready venue. A trailer stage provided a robust and versatile platform capable of supporting headline acts and accommodating quick changeovers. An LED video wall delivered dynamic visuals, live feeds, and branded content to ensure visibility across the large outdoor space. The lighting rig was designed to create atmosphere, highlight performances, and adapt to both daytime and evening settings, while the audio system offered high-quality sound reinforcement tailored to the venue’s open-air environment.
Alongside this, we supplied the technical equipment required to fulfill each artist’s rider, guaranteeing that every act had the tools they needed to deliver their best show. Our team worked closely with the event management company to coordinate logistics, manage on-site operations, and provide technical expertise throughout the day.
The event was a resounding success. Thousands of guests enjoyed a spectacular day of entertainment, with the staging and production receiving brilliant feedback from both the audience and the performers. The LED visuals, lighting design, and audio clarity combined to create a professional concert atmosphere that elevated the prestige of Ladies Day. By integrating technical precision with creative staging, we helped Leicester Racecourse deliver an event that not only met expectations but set a new benchmark for future productions.
