We were asked to provide full technical production for a three-day, back-to-back conference and awards programme for both the Sales and Leadership teams at Coty. The brief required us to design and deliver a production setup that could effortlessly support a wide variety of event formats—including presentations, panel discussions, interactive sessions, entertainment moments, and a high-profile awards ceremony.
Our challenge was to create a cohesive technical and visual environment that would transition smoothly between each segment while maintaining a consistent brand identity and guest experience throughout the entire multi-day event.
